Over the recent months, during which practically all the countries of the world have seen their normal functioning affected by the COVID-19 pandemic, Santa Carolina has taken all the measures necessary to secure the health and well-being of all our employees, and to guarantee the continuity of our operations.
Since the onset of the pandemic, we have sought proactive solutions to adapt to the current situation, following the instructions and restrictions defined by the government of Chile. In this respect, we have established alternative ways of working, developed prevention and action protocols where necessary, and put in place various measures to protect our employees.
Despite the difficulties, it is crucial for us to meet our commitments to our employees. That’s why, thanks to the efforts of all the teams at Santa Carolina, we have been able to continue operating as normally as possible and meet customer needs and requests in a timely manner.
