Gran Reserva

The grapes are destemmed and crushed gently. The must is fermented at 28ºC in stainless steel tanks using selected yeasts. After fermentation maceration takes place for 30 days, with intense pump over at the beginning and more gently at the end, three delestages are used during the process. Then the wine is aged for 12 months in new and used French oak barrels.
